The Cutlass Pinto Cup Head Pin Welder was designed specifically for the insulation fixing industry.
This pin welder has all the basic features of the Cutlass range of CD stud welding systems, but with increased portability, minimal weight and simplicity built-in.

NOTE: The PINTO Pin Welders were originally supplied with the BANTAM CD Weld Gun (as shown above).
The Bantam weld guns are still available and Cutlass continues to carry parts and accessories for them.

Power/Voltage setting is by a simple 1 through 6 position rotary switch on the front panel.
The PKM-1B weld gun is a light but strong, ergonomically designed weld gun....capable of withstanding the rigors of continuous on-site use.
The gun accepts the industry standard "B" style collets.
